Here is a list of the most common known issues in Portal Quest.Unable to see text or chat stamps when typing in chat: this can happen if you’re using, "dark mode" on an iOS device. We hope to have this fixed in a future update. Turning off this iOS setting should resolve this in the meantime.Black screen when opening game: We’re still working on the issue that causes some devices to load into a black screen but it has proven to be a very elusive problem to track down. We’ve added more logging for when this issue occurs in the future. In most cases the game will now crash when this issue happens. We realize this is inconvenient but we’re hoping that this will provide us with better information to get it fixed in a future update.Strange text on iOS device: screenshot examples here. We’re working on a fix.Stuck in a battle loop in the Dungeon – resetting your Dungeon will fix the problem if you’re in a hurry, but support can also resolve this and save you from having to reset your Dungeon.If you have an issue in the game that isn’t listed here, please check out our FAQs for a quick response.
