Cosmetics are usually acquired as rewards in events and contests. These include Hero Skins, Portrait Borders, Portrait Border Colors, and Chat Stamps. We have Cosmetic, or Style, Chests now (these are sort of plain-looking, wooden chests with the blue ribbon) that will drop the skins, portrait borders, stamps, and portrait border colors. This feature is broken down into collections and sets. The collections are the groups of five individual items with a theme (Camping Collection, for example). You get rewards as you complete the collections, and more rewards when you complete a set, or group of collections. Some of the cosmetics themselves now have bonuses when you attach them. Equip a silly portrait border and see what happens in chat!If you roll a cosmetic that you already have from one of the Style Chests, you’ll receive Honor Tokens if you’re on a Red rarity server, and Hero Shards if you’re on a non-Red rarity server.For more information, you can check out the original patch notes here.
