Portal Quest Guide – I used to have six Epic Forge Charges, and now it’s only three?

The six Epic Forge Charges come from a Guild Perk. If you suddenly are down to three, you’ve probably changed Guilds, to one that does not have the perk, or are not in a Guild at all.
