Portal Quest Guide – How does the Arena timer work?

The arena promotion timer will count down as long as you remain in the top promotion slots. If you fall out of the promotion slots, your timer will count up until you return to the promotion slot, or it becomes maxed out again.Note: If your division shrinks this can cause the number of promotion slots to be reduced causing a timer to go up.
