The Guaranteed Cosmetic, or Style, Chests will give you a Cosmetic item that you don’t own. These chests can only roll items which are in the regular Cosmetic Chests. You can use the, "In Style Chests" option in the Cosmetics drop-down menu to see what you don’t own that could drop from a Guaranteed Cosmetic Chest.
