Portal Quest Guide – Why do I get the message "Your rewards are being processed?"

Once you have claimed all your prizes you will see this message. This is a generic message that is displayed when portal lords is not running. The prizes shown will also be the new rewards. These are not the rewards from the previous Portal Lords.
