Last Empire – War Z: Strategy – After Stationing an Officer, there is no buff effect

Non-Combat passive Officer Skills take effect immediately after unlocking. Stationing is not required.

Hot Tip:

In the Officer Skill Page, Combat Skills are marked with a special red logo. Skills without that logo are non-combat Skills.5
