Click “Avatar” – “Settings” – “Account” – “Start a New Game” to start a new Base in a newly opened state. Don’t forget to bind your current account before doing this. Otherwise, you will not be able to return to your current game data.
If you cannot log in after starting a new game, try switching to 4G.
