Last Empire – War Z: Strategy – Used the “Golden Hands” Skill but it did not take effect

The Golden Hands Skill is used to improve resource plots while gathering resources． Using the Skill can raise resource plots up to a maximum of Lvl 10．

Hot Tip:

If the Skill is used while troops are still Marching to gather, the target resource field WILL NOT receive the Skill Effect．
