How does the president make Declarations?
Every day at 00:00 World Time, the system sends a certain amount of Merit to the President.
By using Merit, the President can unlock and use Decrees and Skills
What is the difference between Presidential Decrees and Skills?
Decrees require the President to publish one day in advance, and will take effect at 00:00 World Time. It will take effect for all State players (Based on UTC Time)
Skills are effective immediately after use. For specific effects, see the description of each Skill.
Every Commander in the State can see current Presidential Decrees in the Decree interface.
Will the Presidents Merit and unlocked Decrees and Skills be reset?
Merit, Decrees and Skills unlocked are part of the Commander’s Own data and are not shared with others. They will not be reset.
(Unlocked Decrees and Skills will not disappear, but are not shared with other Presidents of your State)
