The reasons you can’t load the game could be caused by your device’s system or your internet connection. You can try:
1. Click the “Setting” button on your phone, then click “working software,” and turn off all unnecessary running software.
2. Check if you have enough storage space ( at least 500m). Insufficient storage space could lead to phone crashes or slow down. Delete all unnecessary software, videos or other items that may take large amounts of storage space;
3. Check your internet connection. WiFi or 4G is best. You can use airplane mode to reset your internet connection settings.
4. Click “Settings”-” Software”- “Last Shelter-Survival”- clean cache-reload game;
5. Uninstall the game and then reinstall it. (Make sure you have bound your account before you do this);
6. Update Android system to the newest version, restart your device and reload the game;
7. Update your game to the newest version and then reload it
