The reasons you can’t load the game could be caused by your device’s system or your internet connection. You can try following methods:
1. Double click “Home” button, turn off all unnecessary running software by flipping them upward;
2. Check if you have enough storage space ( at least 500m). Insufficient storage space could lead to your phone crashing or slowing down. Delete all unnecessary software, videos or other items that may take large amounts of storage space;
