Rise of Empires – How come they join an alliance without consent?

1. First make sure that your "Change Open Recruitment" (Alliance – Manage – Alliance Settings – Change Open Recruitment) is turned off.

2. If you said the players under the "new members" list, do not worry, "new members" means submission but did not get the consent of the players, they are not members of the League.
