Mint Accommodation：
Every Mint can accommodate a certain amount of population, and they effect the Gold production speed
Gold storage cap：
When the storage cap is reached, the production will be stopped
Mint Level：
Upgrade the Mint’s level to increase the maximum accommodation and storage cap
