Launch Center battle: Take the Launch Center, Become the President

1. The launch center is located in the center of the state, 600:600

2.The alliance that have the final occupation of the Launch Center can select a president for the state

3.The event are divided into Prep Phase, War Phase, Protection Phase

Prep Phase:

1.Prep Status, Launch Center cannot be attacked, State Temporarily without a president

2.You can check the countdown in the event center or check the timer in the world map at the Launch center location, when the timer ends, the battle for the center begins

War Phase:

1.The battle timer is Saturday 00:00-24:00

2.When the batte begins, all alliances can send troops to occupy, the alliance that reach 100% progress first wil win the battle

3.If no alliance reaches 100% during the battle timer, the alliance with the most progress wins the battle

4.More units and higher tier units can occupy the center faster

5. All unit loss during the Launch center and Giant gun battles will be permanent

6. When troops are sent to the center or the giant guns, if the current occupier is from the same alliance, the units will become reinforcements, if not, combat will commence

7.The total amount of units the center or giant gun can hold is depended on the level of the head quarters of the first occupant

8.When the giant gun and the center is occupied by different alliances, the Giant guns will attack the center once every 30 seconds, killling some units within the center

9. Only commanders with an alliance can join the battle, and leaving the alliance during the battle will result in the forfeit of right, and all the involved units will be recalled

Protection Phase:

1. When the battle ends, the center will be protect for 7 days.

2. there will be no attack take place at the launch center and giant gun

Clash of Zones and Launch Center Battle:

1.After the Clash of Zones officially starts, every Weekend the matched States can head sent commanders to occupy the enemy center

2.The successful occupant of the enemy center can become Occupiers

3.Occupiers can perform the following actions:

Making enemy state commanders into slaves

Send out invader packages
