Becoming President:
1.After the battle status is over, the Center will enter the protective stage again, and during the first hour, the Alliance leader of the winning alliance can appoint themselves or any member of the alliance as the president
2.If no one is appointed within the hour, the leader becomes the president by default
President privilege:
1.After the President is appointed, a president exclusive reward will be sent (Via Mail)
2.The president can assign anyone in the state into an officer or a slave
3.The president can send out packages to survivors of the state, 5 Conqueror Package, 10 Defender Package, and 20 Supporter Package
4.During the presidency, the president enjoys the following buffs: +50% Might and Resistance, 100% Marching Speed
5.Unique Looks: The president have unique APC display
6.Changing State Display: The president can change the state flag once during presidency, and can change the Launch center display once
7.Presidential Mail: The president can send mail to all survivors of the state
