Rise of Empires – Account retrieval or stolen account

If your account is lost, or encounters one of the two following scenarios, please contact the customer support ASAP to fill out the account retrieval form
1.Unable to login due to forgotten bound account or unbound acount
2.When the prompt “This account is logged in via another device’ is popped
Be sure to watch for the following points when filling out the form
1. Be sure all the info is correct, if some are forgotten, please provide the known level of other buildings, unit amounts, Hero Level, and Etc.
2. The account provided to be retrieved cannot be found without bound to Facebook/Google/or Game Center accounts
3. The account provided will not be able to login once the original account is found, please do not provide an account you’re currently using
4. If you wish to provide extra account info or payment info, please send an additional reply after filing the form, our customer care will analyse it
5.When the prompt: this account is logged in via another device is shown, or you’ve discovered someone else is using your account, please describe the details of the occurance.
6. Due to the requirement to analyze the data of a stolen account, we’ll provide a reply within 3 days. Losses due to account sharing will not be recovered.
