Last Empire – War Z: Strategy – Why were my activity points reduced

If you upgrade a building as part of an activity and you later Demolish that building, your Activity Points will be reduced and can even become negative． If your State’s Launch Center is fully occupied by enemy players, your State Points will be plundered and your personal activity points will be reduced.
