Bingo Pop Guide – Bingo Pop has crashed/frozen. What can I do to resolve this?

Please try force-closing and relaunching the game. On iOS, please follow these steps to force close the game:

From the Home screen, press the Home button two times quickly. You’ll see small previews of your recently used apps.

Swipe left to find the app you want to close.

Swipe up on the app’s preview to close it.

On Android, please follow these steps to force close the game:

Open the Settings app.

Choose Apps.

Tap the Running tab to view the currently active/running apps.

Choose the game and tap the Force Stop button.
