Sometimes, depending on the time of day, the Play Store servers might be a bit overloaded – resulting in your in-game purchases being greyed out. Usually this resolves itself after a while.

- Check that you are logged in with a valid Google account
- Go to your personal Google Wallet page at wallet.google.com and make sure your payment method, billing address, etc. are all correct.
- Wait a little while and try again, because the servers may have been too busy to process your order
- Update your Play Store application by opening and updating it
If these steps do not resolve your issue, please check the billing information for your Google account once more.
If you have added more Google accounts to your device, the Google Play Store will always default to the first account_s settings and payment method.
If your main method of payment is a credit card, you should still make sure your card is permitted to make in-game payments and has no payment restrictions that could cause problems.
