Family Guy the Quest for Stuff Guide – [Known Issue] How come I cannot unlock the next Rank in Quahog Historical Society?

There is a known issue where players who have previously owned all characters or skins in a Rank cannot unlock the next Rank. We are currently working on a fix for this issue and we hope to have it soon!
