You can restore your progress if you have previously connected your game to a Facebook or Username account by signing back in!If you had recently found your game back at level 1, please complete the following steps:1) Complete the tutorial by unlocking Bonnie. Once Bonnie is unlocked, the settings menu will appear2) Tap on the Gear/ Setting Icon3) Tap on "Account Info"4) Tap on "Change User"5) Choose to Connect to "Facebook" or "Sign in with Username"If you still do not see your game, try changing your user and switch to another Facebook or Username account.If you forgot your password for your username, please submit a ticket to Support with the email address associated to your username account, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password!
