Please include the PlayerID in the bottom right corner of your game’s loading screen.– iOS –1) After the game crashes, go to Settings -> Privacy -> Diagnostics & Usage -> Diagnostic & Usage Data2) Select a crash from the list that begins with "futurama_". The title will contain the timestamp of the crash. Tap on the crash and you will see a text field with a crash log. 3) Hold down on the screen to Select All and then Copy the crash text.
