Why can I not receive message notification?
1.Click ” Avatar – Settings – Message Notification” to make sure you have turn all notifications on. Please put all options into gray, then you can receive Message Notifications.
2.Make sure all notifications on your phone were turn on: Click”phone settings>notifications.
3.Some devices will run the game in the background, so please turn running background processes off to receive message notification.
