In some cases, Support may need your ID and/or Facebook ID to assist you with an issue: On mobile: 1) Tap the gear button on the upper right corner to access the Settings2) The ID and FB ID are the alphanumeric codes on the bottom of the page. If your game is not connected to Facebook, a FB ID will not appear. On Facebook:1) Scroll down on the page to locate your Facebook ID or, 2) Click the gear button on the upper right corner to access the Settings. The ID and FB ID will appear on the bottom of the page.
