ItemsThe items in your inventory (lives, coins, collectibles and boosters) are stored locally on your device. You’re not able to transfer your items across devices. This is to prevent graphical errors and crashes/freezes.If you want to ensure you get your coins, collectibles, lives or boosters on a specific device, make sure you use that same device when you first collect or buy them. For example, if you’d like to accept lives from a friend and want them to show up on your mobile device, you’ll need to accept these lives on your mobile device. This includes coins and boosters as well. If you purchase them on your mobile device, they’ll only be available on your mobile device. LevelsIf you are on the wrong level number, please make sure your game is currently connected to Facebook on your current device. It’s very common for players to accidentally be disconnected from Facebook without them realizing it! You can check by tapping on the gear icon on the bottom of the screen. This will bring up the Settings screen.
If you are currently disconnected from Facebook, the big blue button in the center of the screen will say "Connect". If this is what you see, tap on the Connect button to connect to Facebook. (Otherwise, don’t touch it!)
