My items/level progress aren’t synchronized across all of my devices! – Snoopy POP Guide

ItemsThe items in your inventory (lives, coins, collectibles and boosters) are stored locally on your device. You’re not able to transfer your items across devices. This is to prevent graphical errors and crashes/freezes.If you want to ensure you get your coins, collectibles, lives or boosters on a specific device, make sure you use that same device when you first collect or buy them. For example, if you’d like to accept lives from a friend and want them to show up on your mobile device, you’ll need to accept these lives on your mobile device. This includes coins and boosters as well. If you purchase them on your mobile device, they’ll only be available on your mobile device.  LevelsIf you are on the wrong level number, please make sure your game is currently connected to Facebook on your current device. It’s very common for players to accidentally be disconnected from Facebook without them realizing it! You can check by tapping on the gear icon on the bottom of the screen. This will bring up the Settings screen. If you are currently disconnected from Facebook, the big blue button in the center of the screen will say "Connect"If this is what you see, tap on the Connect button to connect to Facebook. (Otherwise, don’t touch it!) If you are currently connected to Facebook on both devices but your progress is still not synced, please follow these steps to reset the app: If you are playing on an iOS device:First, please make sure that you are running the latest game version by visiting your mobile app store. If you’re not sure if you have the latest version, please click here for steps on how to update your apps. 

  • Press the home button two times quickly. You’ll see small previews of your recently used apps.
  • Swipe your finger up on each of the apps you see to close them. Further help with this can be found here. 
  • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. 
  • Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
  • After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
  • Reopen the game and it will prompt you to reconnect to Facebook. If you had your game connected to Facebook, reconnect. 
  • If you are playing on an Android:First, please make sure that you are running the latest game version by visiting your mobile app store. If you’re not sure if you have the latest version, please click here for steps on how to update your apps.

  • Force quit the app and all other apps you have running in the background. If you don’t know how to force quit an app, please check out these steps. 
  • Power off your device completely (don’t just press the Power button!). This will probably require you to hold down your Power button and your Volume button at the same time, for several seconds. If you’re not sure how to power off your device, please check out this link. 
  • Wait for 10 seconds and turn your device back on. 
  • Reopen the game and it will prompt you to reconnect to Facebook. If you had your game connected to Facebook, reconnect.
