How can I increase my Marching Quota?
Player can send only one marching troop at the very beginning of the game. But when you reach to VIP 8 (or above) and active it, then you will get extra one. Also, if you go to institute to research technology of LegionⅠ& LegionⅡ& LegionⅢ, you will get one more after one research is done. That is to say, you will get three extra troops when all three sciences are finished. But one can send at most 5 march troops while you have done three science research and active VIP 8(or above) at the same time. With an inactive VIP, only 4 marching troops can you sent.
