Sometimes the Supercell ID window might appear blank with only the white background and the ”x” to close it showing.This is most often caused by your connection to the internet slowing down for whatever reason. See if switching your connection from WLAN to mobile internet (or vice versa) helps.The white screen can also appear if your device is an older model, or its memory is full.Usually the problem resolves itself after patient waiting, or by your connection returning to normal or your device getting back to full speed.To nudge things along you could also try closing the app (forcibly) and returning to the game.
