- Try movingIf you don’t see anything nearby, take a walk. Public parks are a great place to explore and experience the game, so try visiting a local recreational area. Additionally, the Map refreshes as your location changes – so you can force the app to reload the items that appear on the Map by moving around.
- Reduce data consumptionSometimes, you might not see anything on the Map because your device is busy loading data. Before you head out on a walk, you may want to consider downloading all assets while on a stable wifi internet connection. When you have downloaded all assets, your connection won’t require as much data transfer during gameplay and the game may become more responsive.
- Optimize your connectionAs you walk around, your phone may automatically connect to public wifi networks that require you to login to access the internet (like cafes, libraries, and shops). You may experience an issue where the game is unable to load items on the Map until you log in to the network. You may want to consider preventing your phone from automatically connecting to these networks to prevent losing connectivity while walking past these locations.

If you are not within an area where the app is officially available:This is the intended experience for people who are outside of regions where the app is officially available. At this time, the app will only function correctly in supported regions. We plan to make this game available to more users in the future.
