Spell Energy is a resource that you’ll need to cast spells and return Foundables. Spell Energy won’t regenerate on its own. Instead, you’ll need to keep an eye on your Spell Energy levels and take action to restore it. Be sure to monitor your Spell Energy closely while you’re out exploring – you don’t want to run low in the middle of a Wizarding Challenge! You can replenish Spell Energy in three main ways:
- Replenish Spell Energy by visiting Inns
- Choosing pots at Greenhouses that might reveal Spell Energy
- Completing daily tasks that reward Spell Energy
Replenishing Spell Energy at Inns
You’ll need plenty of Spell Energy to perform spell casts during magical encounters and for combat during Wizarding Challenges. If you’ve run out of Spell Energy, you can visit an Inn to keep your energy up.
Tap on an Inn to enter, then trace the Glyph on your screen to bring one of the dishes towards you. Spell Energy is added to your energy Vault after the food is revealed. Be sure to stay in range of the Inn until the food is revealed, otherwise you won’t be able to collect the Spell Energy.
Gathering Spell Energy at Greenhouses
Walk up to a Greenhouse and tap it to enter. Once inside, place your finger on one of the pots, then drag your finger up to pull the mystery ingredient out. In some cases, you may also receive Spell Energy. Just like at Inns, you won’t be able to collect rewards if you move out of the range of the Greenhouse while pulling a plant. 
Completing Assignments
Daily TasksEach day, the Ministry assigns Daily Tasks for you to complete. A task may require you to collect food from Inns or brew a potion, for instance. Finish tasks to receive rewards like Spell Energy.Daily TreasuresReceive Daily Treasures each day you sign into Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. The Treasure on some days will be Spell Energy! Make sure you sign into the app every day to claim your rewards.
