Your Ministry ID is your in-game profile for Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. To access your Ministry ID, tap the ID 
button that appears in the lower left corner of the screen. Any section that has a quill icon can be customised.Wizarding PortraitCreate a Wizarding Portrait by tapping anywhere in the Portrait field. You must have camera permissions enabled so that you can take photos with your phone’s camera. If you haven’t allowed camera permissions yet, you can go to the Settings page to update them. Wizarding Portraits are never stored remotely on our servers. Harry Potter: Wizards Unite only stores these images on your device’s local storage. Uninstalling the app or resetting your device will permanently erase your Wizarding Portrait from the Ministry ID. Support is unable to restore lost Portrait images.Wizarding NameYou can update your Wizarding name at any time by tapping anywhere on the Name field. As a precaution, do not use your real name as your Wizarding name. Get a randomised name by tapping the randomise button located in between the First and Last name fields. The Harry Potter: Wizards Unite app will not store or share your Wizarding name. Please note that your Wizarding name is different than your Code Name. Your Code Name is visible to other players and stored to Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. See our FAQ on Code Name vs. Ministry ID name for additional information. LevelThis field displays your current Wizarding Level. Earn more XP to level up. ProfessionThis field displays your current Profession. Tap anywhere on the Profession field to view or switch your Profession from the Professions menu. TitleAs you play, earn Titles that reflect your abilities and achievements. Continue playing to unlock more. Tap anywhere on the Title field to choose up to 3 Titles to display on your Ministry ID. From the Title screen, tap the heart icons to select which Titles appear in your Ministry ID. You can change these at any time.HouseChoose which Hogwarts house you belong to by tapping anywhere in the House field. Select between the houses of Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, or Hufflepuff. You can switch your Hogwarts house affiliation at any time, which also alters the appearance of your Magical Me map piece.Wand WeighingTap anywhere on the Wand Weighing field to register the details of your wand. Keep track of the wand’s core, wood, length, and flexibility.Wizarding AchievementsAchievements are commendations for the tasks that you perform, such as returning Foundables and engaging in Wizarding Challenges. Tap anywhere in the Wizarding Achievements field to choose up to five Wizarding Achievement badges to display on your Ministry ID. In the Wizarding Achievements screen, tap on the heart icon to select which badges appear on your Ministry ID.Lifetime StatsAn ongoing record of your account’s Lifetime Stats is kept in the Ministry ID. These stats include information about the number of locations you visited (Inns & Greenhouses), your total distance traveled (km), the number of Foundables you returned, and your Wizarding Challenge wins. If this data appears out of date, please allow some time for these records to be updated.
Sharing and Downloading
Except for child accounts, players can share a copy of their Ministry ID or Portrait with social media or other messaging apps.
Alternatively, you can download a copy of your Ministry ID or Portrait to your device. You must provide external storage permission so you can store game data on your device.
