The following options are available should you wish to restart your game for any reason (house change, gender change, etc):
- If your game is connected to a Facebook account, simply unlink your Facebook account and reinstall the app. You should be presented with a blank slate save and new avatar to create.
- If you do not wish to do this, or if your game is not connected with a Facebook account please contact the Support team and request that your game be reset. They will require your account ID so contacting them from within the app itself is best.
IMPORTANT: When your game is reset, all progress, earned, and purchased items will be removed and cannot be restored on the new game.
