The items I bought were not delivered (Google Play)
In most cases, this is simply a matter of slow delivery. If you have not immediately received your items, just wait a couple of hours and all should be okay. If nothing happens, please contact our Support Team and send the following information:
1. Your Player ID (i.e. Smith#12345). You can find it in the Options.
2. Number of order. It should be mentioned in the receipt email sent by Google.
3. The name of the product you bought. 4. Purchase date.
5. Email address connected to your Google Play account.
