Restart the app completely.
Type “Task Manager” in Windows search bar. You’ll see Task Manager app, just click on it to open.
Now, Select the application or process that you want to close, for that just right click on that particular process, you’ll find “End Task” option. Click on it to stop the process.
Restart your computer
Click on the start button to open the Start Menu
Click on the ‘Power’ button then click on Restart
