How do I change my survivors in the Outpost? – The Walking Dead: No Man’s Land

To change your defending survivors, open your outpost and tap the “Change defenders” button on the lower right corner.

Here you can change your defending team in the same way as the teams you sent out to missions. When you’re happy with your team, tap “Confirm” to accept.
