There is currently an issue where some players who have updated their phones to Android 10 cannot access the game.Unfortunately, it’s a very complex issue on the back-end, so there is not estimated time when this will be fixed. So for now, please be aware that by updating to Android 10 you risk the inability to access the game on that device.You will still be able to play the game on the other devices/operating systems.
