The Social Cooldown feature is active for any players who are level 7 and above. When you join a new Group, there will be a wait of 6 hours before you can use Flares, travel to Flares, contribute to Group Board tasks, or receive Group Board rewards. Once the timer reaches zero, you will be able to contribute to Board Tasks. Please note you will be able to collect any rewards that have been earned while you were in Cooldown. NB: You can check how much time is left in the cooldown via the ‘Challenges’ tab in-game.
