Claiming a username is not required when setting up an account. If you did not enter one when creating your account, you can change your username to something else. Here’s how to change your username.Change your username: 1. Go to your profile2. Click the dropdown next to “Signed in as“3. Select Settings4. Click Edit next to your username, then enter a new one5. Hit XYour username must be 15 characters or less. If the username is already taken, you will need to choose another one.#FlipTip: If your preferred username is already taken, try entering an available variation of that username by adding additional letters, numbers, and “_”.
