Help with logging in with a username:
- Make sure you’re entering your username and not your full name. You cannot log into your account using your full name.
- If you don’t remember your username, try recovering it by entering your email address in the "Account Help" page.
- Sign in with your email address instead. You can sign into your account with your username or email address.
