Is the battery correctly oriented? The positive terminal should be visible (it is the side with the + symbol on it).Try a new battery as well. Misfit Shine 2, Shine, Flash, and Link run on coin-cell battery CR2032. Ray runs on three 393 coin cell batteries. We recommend well known brands like Panasonic, Renata or Energizer.
