Try double tapping differentlyTry holding Shine/Shine 2/Ray up against your skin when you double tap it. It’s easier to double tap the device against soft surfaces. Another helpful tip for Shine and Shine 2 is to tap at the 6 o’clock position.Is your device running out of battery?Is the battery correctly oriented? The negative terminal should be visible (it is the side without writing on it).Try a new battery as well. Shine (except the Swarovski Activity Crystal) and Shine 2 run on coin-cell battery CR2032.
