If you have purchased Sand Dollars and they do not show up in your account the first thing to do is restart the app. If you are using an Android device and you do not know how to cold boot/restart the app please ask your provider or search online for the instructions. If you have an apple device here are the steps to restart:
- Tap the home button to return to the dashboard
- Double tap the home button to bring up active apps
- Hold the Sea Stars icon with your finger
- Close the app (using the ‘X’ in the corner of the dancing app icon)
- Restart the app
If your Sand Dollars do not show up you can contact us with a description of the problem and your Google Play or iTunes receipt. Please note that due to the volume of emails it may take a few days to get back to you.
