If you experience a problem with the app crashing please try restarting the app. If you are using an apple product here are the instructions:
- Tap the home button to return to the dashboard
- Double tap the home button to bring up active apps
- Hold the Sea Stars icon with your finger
- Close the app (using the ‘X’ in the corner of the dancing app icon)
- Restart the app
If you are using an Android device and you do not know how to cold boot/restart the app please search online or ask your provider. If this doesn’t solve the problem you can also try restarting your device, and logging in and out of the Apple or Google Play stores. If you are still experiencing problems with the app please contact us with a detailed description of the issue.
