The tracking number is generated after the order has been processed and shipped. Customers get their tracking numbers via the shipping notification email. If you haven’t received the email with the tracking number yet, it means that the order hasn’t been processed yet. Wait a day or two for the email before reaching out to our support at support@fishbrain.com.
