You can upgrade different parts of your car. Depending on what part of the car you want to upgrade, place your car on the corresponding workshop, then choose the subpart you would like to upgrade. Lastly, select the upgrade level on the right side of the screen. Note that in order to be able to apply higher level upgrades, you need to upgrade your workshop first.To see what car parts you can upgrade and which workshops to use, check out here.
