If you’re connected to Facebook and playing on multiple devices, you’ll notice that some of your items will sync, while others will not.
Due to some vulnerabilities that opened the game to exploits and cheats, we currently don’t allow users to transfer consumables such as Coins or Powerups between different devices. We try very hard to maintain the quality and competitive nature of the game and don’t want to ruin it by opening it up to these vulnerabilities.
The only way to fully secure all of a player’s data, and allow them to enjoy the benefits of transferring their data across all devices, would be to force them into always being online when they play the game. As this game for the most part is considered to be a single player game and is enjoyed by many offline, it is not something that we want to peruse at this time (but are constantly evaluating).
All items that are purchased with your coins that are related to your level progress and high scores are transferable – alongside outfits, Golden Hearts, and recipes.
If you’re having problems trying to transfer your level progress, outfits, golden hearts, or chef photo to a different device: verify that you are connected to the internet and Facebook and press the synchronization button a few times on both of your devices. This syncs the latest data between your local game and our servers.
