Occasionally, something will happen between our servers and your device that interrupts the connection. In most cases, if you wait a few minutes then shut the game down through a force close, and re-open it again, the coins will appear.
In the rare occurrence that they do not appear, please open a ticket with your Facebook Email Address and a copy of your receipt, and we’ll be more than happy to credit them back to your account.
If you are not using Facebook, we can refund your account. We will need your Google Play Order number, or you can request the refund through the Apple app store.
