This can appear if there is not enough space on your device, or if you have too many applications open in the background.
To check your applications:
Android:
- Menu > Settings > Applications > Running Services.
- This will list all the apps which are running on your mobile handset.
- Select and Force Close any apps that you are not currently using.
Apple:
- Double Tap the home button.
- This will list all the apps which are running on your iPhone or iPad.
- Scroll left or right to select the app you’re not currently using.
- Swipe upward on the thumbnail to close the app.
Amazon/Fire:
- Applications > Installed Applications > Filter By: Running Applications
- This will list all the apps which are running on your mobile handset.
- Select and Force Close any apps that you are not currently using.
