First, please wait at least 48 hours after your purchase, as It can take up to 48 hours for appear on your device.

If you have waited 48 hours and have still not received your purchase, try fully closing your app, as this can fix this issue.

Open your app list and tap *Settings*

Select the *Applications* or *Apps* option – the exact wording will depend on your device

Tap *Manage Applications*.

Select *Running* at the top of your Manage Applications window.

View your list of running applications.

Select the app that you want to close, and tap the *Stop* button

Turn your device off and on

Reload the app
