We’re aware of the following known issues:
- Players reporting that their trophy count is not being updated correctly. Update 23rd Jan – we are hoping to make some improvements to this system soon.
- Players are reporting that they are not receiving the correct prizes/Bronze keys. Update 14th April . Our Team are currently looking into this. The parts/S6 are random, but the game pop up might say it’s for a specific part.
Please be aware that participation rewards (awarded when you complete a certain amount of races) go directly to your profile and do not go to your inbox. All other prizes go to your inbox.Q: How do I enter Showdown events?A: Keep an eye on the map for a Showdown event pin – tap into it and see what the requirements are.Q: Can I still play live races?A: The Showdown event doesn’t have any impact on standard live races – race away!Q: I’m not being matched to an opponent, why?A: Showdown is a live PvP feature and means you’ll need another racer available to play. Keep trying and you should get matched up with someone soon!Q: Why am I experiencing issues?A: As this feature is in soft launch it’s expected that you might experience some problems.
